Just Jax – About Me

I enjoy thinking about punny ways to make my name work.

Just Jax.
Jax Facts. (I was going to say Fax, but that doesn’t really work).

If I ever owned a food place it would be Jax Snax.
Anyway. This page is supposed to be about me.

I’m Jax.
I am 20 years old.
I am a sophomore at Carthage College, and I couldn’t have made a better education choice.
My soulmate lives 712 miles away, but I love him more than anything.

This blog is a place for me to record my thoughts and feelings about life, people, books, games, movies – pretty much anything I feel like writing about. Sometimes I’ll be serious – other times I won’t.

My life goal is to do something earth shattering, ground breaking. I want to impact people, change the way they think, MAKE them think.

I want to be remembered for something big, something important. Or at least really cool.

By the time I die, I want at least one shelf at Barnes and Noble to be full of my books.

I want to write something profound. I want to write something meaningful. I want to write something that makes you think; that makes me think. I want to write about global warming, world peace, recycling, war. I want to write something that changes the world, that sends a bigger message. I want to write the metaphor, the simile, that you’ll spend years analyzing. I want to shout it from park benches, from statues, from buildings, from mountaintops. I want to sing it. I want to whisper it. I want it to whisper to you. I want to be heard.

I invite you all to join me on my journey through life: the good, the bad, and everything in between. I hope to make you think, and I hope you’ll extend the same courtesy to me. Feel free to message me and comment any time. I love people.
